Emmy Awards 2022: Best Red Carpet Fashion
Returning to Microsoft Theaters for the first time since 2019, the Primetime Emmy Awards saw TV’s biggest names hit the red carpet.
The red carpet turned gold for the night, and attendees chose a sparkling or sequined ensemble to match, from “Severance” actor Britt Lower to Armani Privé’s Amanda Seyfried. She stood out in a Versace gown made out of metal mesh, while Christina Ricci stunned in a sparkly gown by Fendi.
There were also pastel colors. Ariana Debose dazzled in her cut-out bodice and dainty lavender dress featuring floral embellishments, while ‘Yellowjackets’ star Melanie Lynskey wore a mint green tulle dress by Christian Siriano. I wore
Many of the evening’s men played it safe in classic tuxedos and tailored suits (aside from the bare-chested Jerrod Karmichel). brought to life, “Ted Lasso” star Theeb Zimaud’s suit featured a dangling waist tie.
An unexpected menswear look for the night? All white or all cream suits. Along with Nicholas Braun and Andrew Garfield (wearing Dior Men and Zegna, respectively), Seth Rogen and John Legend have embraced the trend.
