Talented 9-year-old girl made headlines with her incredible fashion designs

Some creators discover their passions later in life, while others find their vocation early in life. Kaia A Colorado grade schooler named Her Aragon is impressing the internet with her handcrafted design closets. Vera Wang gifted her a sewing machine! This talented 9-year-old girl has been making her own clothes since November 2021 and she dreams of becoming a professional fashion designer one day.

Aragon shares their ever-growing collection of clothing on Instagram, posing in each of them. These custom pieces range from glamorous dresses crafted in shimmery fabrics to casual tops and ensembles you can wear while working out.”My inspiration comes from a different place for each design.” Aragon told her My Modern Met. “One thing remains the same: we only use fabrics that are extremely soft and comfortable.”

After all, comfort is a big motivator for Aragon, and she was inspired to create her own clothes after being disappointed with existing choices for girls her age. I like to make fancy dresses in the little girl section because they are so stiff and uncomfortable,” she explains. “You can be very fashionable yet comfortable in your own clothes. So you can go to a tea party and then ride a scooter in the park and not have to change first.”

Aragon has created numerous costumes, but her current favorite is a pale pink dress with a milky sheen and subtle design on the hem. [have] It’s a white satin dress made from hand-painted fabric,” explains Aragon.
