As part of its recent explosive growth and expansion, SOS Beauty has announced several new senior hires to support its 30% growth forecast for 2023.
New team members are:

Gretchen Auston Chevalier, Vice President of Operations – Chevalier brings operational experience from contract formulation and contract manufacturing that is critical to SOS Beauty’s success as the brand moves into its next phase of growth. In her new role, Chevalier will oversee research and development, regulatory, production, supply chain and project management departments. -
Joshua Kiser, Senior Director of Production – Formerly with 220 Laboratories, Kiser brings over 10 years of experience in product production planning and quality control to the SOS Beauty team. -
Stacey Straughter, Senior Director of Product Marketing – Straughter brings extensive product strategy and retail operations experience from his past role as Senior Brand Manager for Sephora Collection. She will oversee retail, brand strategy, and product marketing for SOS Beauty. -
Daniel Dalton, Director of Technical Operations – Most recently working for PLZ Corp, Dalton brings years of experience in both R&D and manufacturing to SOS Beauty. His unique skill set greatly supports the brand’s technology transfer process and industrialization of projects from approved formulation to manufacturing floor. -
Heather Ripplinger, Director of Demand Planning – Ripplinger, who previously oversaw Nordstrom’s inventory planning, will oversee supply chain demand planning in his new role at SOS Beauty. -
Jennifer Rope, Regulatory Manager – Most recently with HCT Group, Rope joins the SOS Beauty team and brings seven years of experience in regulatory affairs, both from a manufacturing and brand side perspective. -
James Chan, Controller – Chung joined SOS Beauty after overseeing accounting and sales operations at Hello Bello. In this new role, he will lead and oversee the accounting team.
