UPMC St. Margaret’s employees donated a record-breaking $155,000 in July’s annual St. Margaret’s Foundation Employee Campaign to bridge the gap between hospitals’ at-risk patients and employee hopes. rice field.
“When we launched the campaign, we didn’t know what to expect,” said foundation president Mary Lee Gannon. “And in their truest form, St. Margaret’s employees, whatever they were dealing with, came for patients and employees at risk.”
This was the highest amount ever raised from a UPMC St. Margaret employee.
Over 500 employees donated.
Shady Side Academy
Shady Side Academy hosts a job fair for those interested in becoming a substitute teacher for pre-kindergarten through fifth grade.
The event will be held on August 17th at 9:00 am at the Senior School Campus at 423 Fox Chapel Road.
The school said it will soon be recruiting a substitute teacher and an after-school group leader.
