    Herzogenaurach, Germany–(business wire)– Sports company PUMA will discuss solutions to the fashion industry’s most pressing sustainability issues including waste, materials and climate change at a global event in September.

    The People’s Conference, held in London on September 6th and streamed worldwide, will bring together PUMA industry players, activists, NGOs, experts, ambassadors and consumers to raise awareness about waste tackling and more. Discuss the use of sustainable materials, combating climate change, protecting forests, and research findings. How the industry can work together to achieve results faster.

    Actress, model and activist Cara Delevingne will host the event alongside Puma CEO Björn Gulden and Puma CSO Anne Laure Descourt.

    “With PUMA, I have been working on the topic of sustainability for several years, and together we have launched more sustainable collections such as Exhale,” says Cara Delevingne. “It is important to continue the discussion on this topic in order to find solutions to environmental problems such as climate change, waste management and biodiversity. ”

    Increasing corporate sustainability has been a key pillar of PUMA’s strategy for many years.
