inner beauty
morning movement
I wake up, greet my husband and kiss him. Honestly, this is such a nice way to start her day. It’s the stillness before everything, so take some time to reflect on yourself and do a little meditative thinking. I’m back at Tracy Anderson—I’m a longtime Tracy Anderson workout girl. The movement, that heat, the regeneration of skin cells – it makes a huge difference to me. Tilt is important.
“me time” manicure
I take my time selfishly—one hundred percent. Head to Plaza M in Tribeca for manicures and pedicures and back massages. That’s my time. I go there twice a week and it really makes me feel like myself. I always go there when I come back from my trip or just need a little time. It’s like my little piece of heaven.
healthy habits
As New Yorkers, we eat out and I’m always very healthy. [Dr. Gisele Kuhlmann (opens in new tab)] eternally. It’s important because your body is always changing, so you want to keep moving. Her husband Johannes and I follow a mostly plant-based diet. I eat fish and poultry, but I don’t eat red meat. I still stick to oat milk.
acupuncture
I have been doing acupuncture with the same person since I was 21 years old. It’s amazing and really effective. It depends on why you go, but for me, it’s been very helpful for my chronic back pain and muscle spasms.
sound meditation
I think it’s always important to manifest. You can put energy into it and hopefully produce it. I am a big believer in sound meditation. it is very powerful. i absolutely love it. It’s all about finding the right tone and retuning your brain’s wavelengths.

I am religious and visit Dr. Dennis Gross every Friday (opens in new tab)office and I get my medical facial. Get a chemical peel. I do a bed of red light. i do my laser I have been seeing Dr. Gross since he was 14 years old. From an early age, I was taught that skin lasts a lifetime and must be preserved if it is to be preserved.
I also see Dr. Robert Anolik every few weeks. I shaved like an idiot in May and sloughed off nine layers of skin.
simple skin care
To be honest, my skin doesn’t need a lot of products. My skin generally rejects a lot of products and doesn’t want to accumulate. remove the I use a light serum. As for the face mask, I think the Dr. Dennis Gross Blue Marine Hydrating Mask is really great.

I molt a lot. I use Molton Brown. I like orange blossoms or really bright white lilies. i will stick to it. I have to be very specific with fragrances. I swear her husband’s nose is covered. He wants me to smell like me.
As for the scent, I had to change the scent when Goutal was discontinued. I bought half the world and then I was like, “Okay, let’s stop.” I use Aerin Ikat Jasmine Eau de Parfum, which I have been using for a long time.

hair help
Andre Davis has basically cut my hair since I was 18. I see him every 3 weeks and dust his ends to keep his hair growing. Abby Haliti has been my highlighter for almost 10 years. she is wonderful However, my hair is very healthy. I wash every day. I fell in love with Milbon. I love their fine hair shampoos and conditioners as well as their restoring and purifying shampoos and conditioners. When I get out of the shower, I brush it and use a heat protectant to keep the color from oxidizing. Then use the GHD hair dryer. This is the best. I dry my hair every day. I wake up the whole house—I don’t care, it makes no difference to me. Before I start my day, my hair is blow-dried and looks perfect.
I also really like the Jolie shower head. There’s a lot of shit in the water, especially when you’re in a city like New York. It really helps hair and skin.

makeup essentials
Luckily, I can do my makeup flawlessly. I am proud of it. I use Charlotte Tilbury foundation. I love sexy smokey eyes, amazing wings and eyelashes. But in cooperation with Nelson [Catarino] Over the years, I’ve learned to love more than a smoky eye. He can wear almost nothing on me, but I still look fresh, radiant, and amazing. Olivia Palermo I also like the Beauty Setting Mist. I tested it on boys and girls. All my buddies are very picky about scents, so I kept them rosy and fresh.

Recipe for Success: Olivia’s Antioxidant-Rich Smoothie
What’s really exciting is going to Uptown Butterfield, buying something delicious and healthy, and putting it all together.
I love smoothies and have one every day. I add strawberries, raspberries, bananas, oranges, and a little yogurt or oat milk. Blend it all together and that’s it. It’s important for me to take antioxidants, keep my skin fresh, and take berries.
