Korea. Swedish beauty tech and wellbeing house Foreo has partnered with South Korean beauty specialty store Chicor.
Foreo has opened a Backwall presence in Sikor Daegu, located inside Shinsegae Department Store.
Launched in 2016, Chicor is a beauty chain brand of Shinsegae Group. In 2019, the retailer expanded the Chicor brand to include both offline and online stores, including duty free. Chicor now has 250 brands with 24 of his stores in South Korea. These include Lancome, MAC Cosmetics and Laneige.
Foreo will open three more counters with Chicor in the Gangnam and Hongdae districts of Seoul this month.
To celebrate the opening, Foreo is running special promotions that offer customers additional benefits and deals when shopping at Chicor.
Foreo is steadily expanding its Asia Pacific network. According to Foreo, the partnership is important in raising brand awareness in South Korea, an important beauty market in Asia.
