New online process available for business reports
The Office of the Colorado Secretary of State has launched a new online process for entities to submit periodic reports.
Reporting entities, such as limited liability companies (LLCs), corporations, non-profit organizations, and foreign corporations, are required to file periodic reports each year with the Office of the Colorado Secretary of State. This includes information such as your principal office address and updated registered agent information. This is to ensure that the latest information about businesses in Colorado is published, according to the news release.
Designed with feedback from Colorado companies, the new tool works with a wide variety of electronic devices.
