New online process available for business reports

The Office of the Colorado Secretary of State has launched a new online process for entities to submit periodic reports.

Reporting entities, such as limited liability companies (LLCs), corporations, non-profit organizations, and foreign corporations, are required to file periodic reports each year with the Office of the Colorado Secretary of State. This includes information such as your principal office address and updated registered agent information.
