At FirstEnergy Stadium, we saw familiar faces in unfamiliar uniforms. Halloween is just around the corner.
On Monday, October 24, Jacoby Brissett and 13 Browns teammates gathered at FirstEnergy Stadium to help kick off the Halloween season. As part of the “Halloween Fashion Show,” patients battling cancer and other childhood illnesses had the chance to walk the coveted “Browns His Carpet” with a desired Browns player.
Brissett started this initiative three years ago by inviting children to her first Halloween-themed fashion show. Since then, he has carried this tradition to each team he has joined by working with local children’s illness organizations.
“Every year, it gives me great joy to meet the children and families who have endured so much, to stand at such a wonderful event and to see them smiling,” he said.
This year, Brissett includes Joel Bishonio, Harrison Bryant, Michael Dunn, Miller Forristol, Kareem Hunt, Ethan Posick, Chase Winovich, Alex Wright, Greg Newsom, Cade York and Durnest Johnson. , Anthony Walker, and Joshua Dobbs.
Brissett and Browns partner with The Littlest Heroes and University Hospitals.
