How to complete pre-check-in for some appointments
Confirm your reservation via text message and wait for a pre-check-in text if available.
A text message will be sent to confirm the reservation. This text can be received up to one week prior to your appointment. After confirmation, another text message will be sent to start the pre-check-in process. Advance check-in helps save time arriving for your reservation.
Note: To use pre-check-in, you must receive VEText booking reminders. If you opted out of VEText reminders, you can resume these reminders via text message start Send to 53079 or reply START to the previous VEText message.
