The original Embracer Group financial report states:

This led to a thread on Resetera saying that Embracer confirmed that the KOTOR remake was a moved project.some journalists Stephen Totilo Members of Axios believed these pieces to be suitable, based on Scheier’s research.
However, Schreier then said in the above tweet:[i]If you believe video games across your ass can seamlessly switch developers without delay, I have a Wookiee to pitch you. Other replies have stated that they have no direct knowledge that KOTOR is the referenced game. The Resetera thread has since updated its title to say that Embracer Group has moved some AAA games to another studio without naming the remake.
