GANNI concluded the Spring/Summer 2023 edition of Copenhagen Fashion Week with a colorful collection in an outdoor venue covered in chalk art.
The runway titled “JOYRIDE” was full of highlight moments, such as the opening where the model raced across the stage on a motorcycle. His versions of remixes of tracks like “Like a G6” accompanied the show, celebrating Copenhagen’s upbeat energy. Creative director Ditte his ref strap says: Be open and let my thoughts just flow. This collection is really about that feeling. I called it JOYRIDE. There’s a feeling of being in the city in the summer, which I can’t quite describe. The energy pulsates and it’s really your beat-going’
The collection served as the official launch of the Danish label’s three latest collaborations featuring Levi’s, 66North and Barbour. Highlights included matching denim separates and sheer mesh tops and dresses, as well as 66North brand outdoor clothing made from recycled nylon and polyester. spotlighted GANNI’s new T-shirt made with Infinna, an innovative textile fiber that uses fibers woven from textile waste.
