“I live the dream.”
Yes, says Hellen Ohwofasa, proud CEO and owner of Massage Merit Spa.
The 35-year-old mother of three, known as ‘Beauty Boss’, has officially launched a new spa at the Haven Hotel’s leisure club in Sandbanks, Poole.
Five-figure sums are sinking into the new business, which employs up to six therapists.
At the opening ceremony, which was attended by about 40 people, Nigel Hedges Cllr, chairman of the BCP Council and first citizen of Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole, wished Helen the best of luck and cut the ribbon.
Other speakers included Jacqui Rock, Poole BID Lead and Chairman of the Bournemouth Chamber of Trade & Commerce.
She emphasized the importance of having a spa that provides health and body strengthening treatments to residents and businesses in the pool and surrounding areas.
Efe Ohwofasa, CEO of Focus Guru and Hellen’s husband, also highlighted the wide range of treatments available, including body massages, spa facials, spa body scrubs and wraps.
This year marks the 10th anniversary of Hellen’s other award-winning business, Winton’s 3D Pro Lashes.
