    Awake NY and UPS Announce Collaboration to Showcase Latino Fashion Creators

    UPS returns to NYFW: The Shows with a creative partnership with renowned Latino creative Angelo Bac, founder of AwakeNY and former Supreme brand director. Together, they created clothing collections and immersive customer experiences throughout New York City during New York Fashion Week.

    To support the Latino community, UPS announces the first-ever Capsule Latino fashion collaboration.

    apparel collection: Exclusive collection, UPS x Awake NY collaboration, Unidos Para Siempre collection (United Forever) includes jacket, hoodie, bucket hat and t-shirt.


    La Bodega Bake: an experience that celebrates and energizes the relentless spirit of the Latino creators and small business community. Interiors will be curated by Latinx-owned small businesses with merchandise, designer apparel, and more. Find the Bodega at 63 Spring St (corner of Spring and Lafayette). Click here to book a visit.

    NYFW: The Talks Panel: UPS will host a panel discussion at Spring Studios on September 10th at 12:00 PM on shaping the future of Latino creators in today’s world and the importance of corporate efforts to support the community. It will be held.

    delivery vehicle: A UPS custom truck with a design that pays homage to campaigns and limited lines runs around town.

    Proceeds from the UPS x Awake NY collaboration will go to New York City’s Fashion Industry High School to support future Latino fashion creators. The school focuses on fostering the future of fashion designers and businesses.


    This collaboration aims to shine a spotlight on the Latino fashion community and help them grow their business. Within the fashion industry, only 4% of the most influential people in fashion are Latinos (2021 BoF500). Through its Be Unstoppable campaign and partnerships with New York Fashion Week and more, UPS is committed to supporting the health and growth of diverse-owned small businesses with over $1 million in grants .
