Fall/Winter 2022-2023 Men’s Fashion Week showcased some of the trendiest and most unique styles ever seen on the runway. If you’re interested in how to rock with, read on.
fendi
The Fendi collection reimagines the classic gentleman’s wardrobe to fit the 20’s theme. Playful shades of black, cream, red and taupe punctuate the formality and work together to create extra texture and make a statement. A more traditional style of checked tweed and houndstooth suit is matched with his cable knit and paired with his popular Baguette bag.
Louis Vuitton
Here, dress codes seem to embody social archetypes, showing that things aren’t always what they seem. Features a winged backpack.
A similar look can be achieved by shopping at renowned formalwear stores such as TM Lewin. Their tailoring is often a little better with purse strings, but that doesn’t compromise their high quality.
Dior
Again, this trend combines the formal with the informal, with floral prints paired with various shades of gray and Birkenstock sandals. This look embodies a style that is utilitarian on the one hand but perhaps decorative on the other, and one that can easily be recreated at home with a little creativity.
Loewe
The new Loewe collection makes effective use of LED lighting. The light reveals transparent oil leather coats and mohair sweaters, making us question how contours affect our perception. It is particularly accessible to men during the autumn and winter months when it is served.
Kenzo
The fusion of tailoring and workwear is at the heart of this men’s fashion trend. Rugged ski-style denim jeans with yellow stitching are paired with a suit-style top in classic Prince of Wales checks and stripes. A matching yellow check tie covers a plain white shirt, and the look is topped off with a black beret, shiny leather loafers, and a dark bomber her jacket.
prada
Prada hit the runway with its new cinch trench coat this year, but it’s by no means the only designer to put an oversized coat on the platform. Trench shoulders are usually big and bold, in this case bright red. While other designers like Casablanca have some colorful options, Xenia features a black one.
Dries Van Noten
Neither coats nor balaclavas, huge long scarves are the new trend of the season. Who needs a blanket when you can curl up in one of these and look stylish?
Hermes
Regardless of designer or gender, fuzzy jackets always look stylish. With fall fast approaching, Hermès’ new oversized outerwear continues to grow in popularity and accessibility.
As you can see, there are many men’s fashion trends on the fashion week runways that the average man can easily adapt for something a little more accessible.
